Reset my Library PIN Request

Please enter the following information:
  Key in your Vic Uni ID Number or, if non Vic Uni, use barcode

Please Note

Once submitted, an automated email will be sent to your email address.  It should arrive within 5-10 minutes.

  • For VU staff and students, this will be to your VU email account .
  • For non-VU clients, this will be the email address nominated on your Library membership application.

Please follow the instructions in the email message to reset your Library PIN.

If you do not receive an email within 5-10 minutes, check your Junk folder. If not there please try again, ensuring that you are using your correct VU ID Number, or if non-VU, your barcode number.

If you still do not receive an email, please contact the Library.
